Q: How long until I get a response?

A: We typically respond within 24-48 hours. If you haven't heard back in 3 business days, check your spam folder or email us again.

Q: I lost my download link!

A: Check your email (including spam). The subject is "Your purchase of Snowball Budget" from Gumroad. You can also log into your Gumroad Library: gumroad.com/library

Q: The app isn't working!

A: Make sure you're using a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). JavaScript must be enabled. If still having issues, contact us with details.

Q: I lost my data!

A: If you have a backup file (downloaded via Settings → Backup), you can restore it. If not, unfortunately data stored in localStorage cannot be recovered. We recommend backing up monthly.

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: All sales are final. Please review the product carefully before purchasing. See Terms of Service for details.

Q: Do you offer volume/business licensing?

A: Not at this time, but contact us to discuss your needs.
